Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order cannot be cancelled, as the printing process will have already begun.
Refund Policy: If there is a defect or error in the product received, the customer may request a refund within 2 days of receiving the item. The customer will need to provide evidence of the defect or error, such as a photograph of the product. If the customer received the wrong item or the item was not as described on the website, they may also request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. If the customer simply changes their mind about the product, we do not offer refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with a return.
